His background spans Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Banking and Financial Services, and other regulated business environments where reliability, security, and execution matter.
Throughout his career, Clint has held senior leadership roles responsible for enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, vendor strategy, and operational modernization. He has led large-scale system upgrades, cloud and platform migrations, security and risk initiatives, and cross-functional technology programs aligned directly to business goals. His focus has consistently been on building systems that work in real environments, not theoretical designs.
Clint is known for translating business needs into clear technical direction, improving prioritization, reducing operational risk, and helping teams execute with confidence. He is also the creator of GenE TA, Stonehook Software’s AI teaching assistant and workflow engine, which supports hands-on training and structured adoption across teams.

Kirk Arsenault is Co-Founder and CEO/CTO of Stonehook Software with over 15 years of experience in systems building, software development, architecture, automation, and delivery. Kirk is the creator of Throttle League, Stonehook Software’s flagship consumer product, and the architect behind Crew Chief, the AI agent that operates inside the Throttle League ecosystem. His work on Crew Chief focuses on embedding AI directly into real user workflows, decision-making contexts, and system boundaries rather than treating AI as a standalone feature. This approach emphasizes structure, context, and accountability over experimentation or novelty.
